“This job has been given to me to do. Therefore, it is a gift. Therefore, it is a privilege. Therefore, it is an offering I may make to God. Therefore, it is to be done gladly, if it is done for Him. Here, not somewhere else, I may learn God’s way. In this job, not in some other, God looks for faithfulness.”
- Elisabeth Elliot
Approaching motherhood through a biblical worldview has brought tremendous clarity to my role and calling as a mom to my little ones. This worldview and perspective is one that requires shaping, moulding and training. It does not happen overnight and is definitely a work in progress. A work done by the Spirit in our hearts and by our intentionality in our actions. There have been a few resources that have been very helpful in shaping my views and roles as a Christian parent. I am so happy to share these with you and hope these may bless you, as they have me.
